Financing Information

Homeowners are responsible for payment of the Home Performance energy audit and all renovation costs.

Conventional financing can be used for most home improvement recommendations and is contingent on credit approval.

Before you start any work, make sure your financing is secure. Please consult your contractor or a trusted financial institution for further information.

Energy-efficiency specific loan programs

 Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA) GEOSmart® Loans

To apply for GEOSmart® loans, your contractor must be an EGIA member. These loans include revolving, unsecured and secured options. Please ask your contractor about GEOSmart’s suite of loan products.
