Conventional financing can be used for most home improvement recommendations and is contingent on credit approval.

Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA) GEOSmart® Loans
To apply for GEOSmart® loans, your contractor must be an EGIA member. These loans include revolving, unsecured and secured options. Please ask your contractor about GEOSmart’s suite of loan products.
